    bar of dark chocolate

    strawberries or raspberries

    1/4 cup of skim milk

    handful of nuts of choice

    blend until delicious

    i dont use a recipe, I wake up and throw in blender what I ihave or what is my mood of day lol. Will have coconut milk or yogurt or kefir, and green powder, and other things I have in freezer (fruit) plus coconut oil or mct oil

    Banana, kiwi, made with oat milk or almond milk.

    Any frozen fruit, about a cup

    2/3 cup plain whole milk yogurt

    A dash of cinnamon

    A drop or two of vanilla

    Barely enough unfiltered apple juice so it can be blended into a thick shake.

    If the fruit is very tart I add a teaspoon of real maple syrup.

    It sounds weird, but this is actually excellent with a frozen banana and half a ripe avocado used for the fruit. I add a little extra maple syrup for that version. I did that once when I was starving, got home from a run and had only a few minutes before work and had only half a banana.

    You can add ice cubes if you want to bulk it up.

    I typically have to stop the blender a couple to a few times and push everything down with a big spoon, I like this so thick I have to eat it with a spoon.

    Since virtually any food item (better with fresh fruit, vegetables, dairy, even meats!) can be turned into a smoothie when you add water and/or oil or milk, the possibilities are endless. I would go with fruit. :) OR if bacon is your preference (with eggs!), do that. :)

    I once made a burger smoothie, that I grilled myself beforehand.
