Been through this, saw a boss get fired for something at the most should of been a slap on a wrist, favoritism exists in work places, bad bosses often get a pass on things they should be fired over because they suck up to their bosses while good bosses get fired over the littlest of things that even their employees wouldn’t get fired over.

It’s not a good way to do business, and corruption starts at the top, so if someone is really good and does things by the book and is willing to report incidents and hold people accountable sometimes that doesn’t set well with people who aren’t that way by nature.

Sounds like your boss may of been shaking things up within the company by doing things the right way and maybe trying to make some positive changes and someone with some stroke up above her who may not play by the rules decided to put a stop to that.

😄 Agreed. But... it does make some of us in the game longer worry.

They caught them doing something wrong, or merely downsizing staff.

sometimes last hired, is the first fired.

Many times the "nicest, sweetest, seemingly hardest working" employee.....is the one ripping off the company blind.-

It means they're stupid and they don't know how to run a business.

It's a message to those not following policies.

They don't care who you are or what you do for the company. As long as you abide by the rules while pulling off the impossible.

Some do take advantage thinking they're above the law.

Ones have less of a reason to care. If the people who actually care don’t have a reason to then it’s just going to lead to more leaving and lower moral

UNKNOWN...WE DON'T work there..I do not think employers should be allowed to fire someone without saying why.

Not a good way to do business, keeping employees in the dark, having them walk on eggshells, it just leads to more people quitting without notice.
