In most of the first world, the fight to end legal discrimination through feminism was one that addressed women's issues only. This is why the wording is specific to women that cannot be discriminated against by gender. But men still can and are discriminated by gender as per your examples.

Women don’t deserve rights to begin with. This is all feminism nonsense. Women by nature are irrational, illogical and unreasonable. Women do not posses the mental capability and rationality to make logical decisions. Women have not evolved to understand morals and ethics.
