Your best bet is to just take them out and let them heal at this point. If the piercer couldn’t do anything and the solution and stuff didn’t work (also it’s been two months, it should be almost healed by now) then you need to remove the piercings. If you don’t remove them and they are that infected, you will develop pustules inside the cartilage and that requires surgery and antibiotics. So please remove them. My question is, if you’ve had them for two months and they’re like that, how did they get like that if you’ve been cleaning them? You shouldn’t touch or move your piercing at all during healing time. Also, it’s not recommended that you get hoops for your first helix piercing, get a Tragus bar instead as it allows for faster healing and easier cleaning. My suggestion is to take the piercings out, let them heal up, and go back to a piercer to get them redone and have tragus bars put in instead.
