Claiming developers are 'greedy', that single player games are dead, parroting how awful Fallout 76 is without playing the game, ignoring that developers need to sell 1 million copies just to break even now or that micro-transactions are completely optional, usually lead to post-content and help pad the risk of not selling enough copies to which nobody is putting a firearm against your head and forcing you to buy them.

Basically every video game is written off as 'low effort garbage riddled with micro-transactions' when Red Dead Redemption 2 recently came out, has no micro-transactions excluding Red Dead Online which are there to support Red Dead Online [sacrebleu].
