1. Weight loss is 80% diet. Particularly if you are not fit enough to burn a lot of calories from exercise, diet is the primary focus.
2. Jogging is about the worst thing you can do if you are significantly overweight. It is way too hard on your knees. I strongly suggest you look at swimming, stationary bike, elliptical trainer, or other ways of working out. Weight lifting/strength training are also important.
3. A meal of day means nothing. You probably would be better off on a standard calorie deficit plan that enables you to eat a variety of foods that you weight and measure.
4. If you have the will power to follow a Keto Diet with intermittent fasting, feel free to give it a try. There are three important elements of this approach: 1) you absolutely cannot eat more than 20 grams of net carbs -- that means no grains of any kind, no fruit, no juice, very little dairy. Really. 2) You still need to eat a calorie deficit diet, and 3) you can eat as many times as you want with your 8-hour eating window as long as you stick to the keto foods and the calorie limit.
