Any alternative for preventing anual removal of air from Pump Suction at the time of supply?

What we basically do every morning is(Unscrewing a bolt, letting water out from a tapping to the pump before entering it's suction and then screw the bolt in it once the water becomes smooth in flow) I'm thinking of fitting a Motorised Ball valve ON/OFF type to remotely take out the air but that goes to be costly taking the cost of Ball valve and Transformer and the relay. Any help in installing other solutions would help

Have a look at reverse osmosis systems. They regularly have to back flush and is automatic.

You could just rely on a vacuum switch so that when the filter is blocked enough to cause a drop in pressure, it will go though a dump cycle or backwash then reset.

If you have a system with enough "head" above an inlet, sometimes just turning the pump off will be enough to cause a back wash to clear the inlet.

    - Or just fit a larger filter.

Why does the valve have to be motorized> I have seen many pumps with just a simple manual valve.
