Did Trump break the law when he didn't put his businesses in a blind trust like he said he would?

    Probably, but I don't know which laws. I am not a constitutional lawyer. Obama IS a constitutional lawyer. Most universities do not hand degree programs are concentrations in constitutional law. The University of Okla homa DOES have a bachelors degree program like that.

    The simple answer is yes, Donald Trump did violate the Emoluments Clause of the U.S. Constitution that was designed to prevent racketeering.

      ...You have no idea what the emoluments clause is do you. The term racketeering wasn't even in use when it was written.
