Probably, but I don't know which laws. I am not a constitutional lawyer. Obama IS a constitutional lawyer. Most universities do not hand degree programs are concentrations in constitutional law. The University of Okla homa DOES have a bachelors degree program like that.Source(s): Norman Transcript

The simple answer is yes, Donald Trump did violate the Emoluments Clause of the U.S. Constitution that was designed to prevent racketeering.
