    No, do you think so? The first HIV/AIDS cases are spread by blood transfusions. The only reason that there is a higher chance of spreading HIV/AIDS through anal sex because there are more bleeding and fluids.

    Technically it’s a human disease. Roughly 80% of new HIV cases in the US are spread from men who have sex with men.

    Viruses reproduce asexually by hijacking a cell's normal operations. Hence, they do not have a sexuality and cannot be considered gay or straight or anything in between.

    It is more common in homosexual men because of the way that it is transmitted, but people of any sex or orientation can contract AIDS.
