    tho dizziness could be as simple as needing water the numbness tells me get checked out by a pro, have a friend drive you , maybe an uber, don't drive yourself

    Poor circulation comes to mind. She may have clogged arteries stopping blood flow to the brain and extremities. Only a doctor could know for sure what the reason is.

    Carson is right. You should get her to the hospital to be checked. But don't panic. It could just be a pinched nerve in the neck.
