Personally, no. Gay people of the same gender as me might have an attraction or a sexual component that I do not share. I personally don’t want to deal with that
Basically, I don’t want to willingly put myself into an uncomfortable or risky situation just in order to try and be politically correct.
I don’t really care that damn much about being politically correct. My safety and comfort comes first
NOTE: I’m not “judging” them, and it annoys me when people say that if you don’t have gay friends you are judging them. I personally don’t care what they do with their private lives. However, being their friend would mean that their sexuality might affect myself. For example, one time a gay person tried making a physical move on me and I had to reject them and it was VERY weird. I don’t like situations like that
I’m not “judging” them, they can kiss the same gender all day, I don’t care. But I care when it impacts ME.
