Does this look like something that would be safe to use to help sleep at night?

I bought something called moon drops at the drugstore in the vitamin aisle. They are all natural but I'm concerned with a couple of the ingredients.

Here are all of them:

Arsenicum Album - 30X

Chamomilla - 6X

Coffea Cruda - 12X

Gelsemium - 12C

Ignatia - 30X

Lycopodium - 30X

Natrum Muriaticum - 30X

Nux Vomica - 30X

Valeriana - 12C

The arsenicum album and especially the gelsemium I googled and read that it was unsafe and poisonous.

And are any of these ingredients dangerous in combination with anything else.

I see plenty of homeopathic ingredients in there, all you really needed was the chamomilla 1hr prior to bedtime, or just drink a full cup of chamomile tea......I wouldn't take it just because I know one only needs one ingredient to work....

LOL. Those are homeopathic ingredients. In other words, it contains no ingredients at all. You bought sugar pills. Seriously.

Better to buy Melatonin, 3 mg.
