Is it legal to be drunk in public within the city of Amsterdam (Red Light District to be specific) as a 17 year old?
I know the drinking age for beer and wine has been raised from 16 to 18 just a few years ago. But is it still legal for a 16-17 year old to get drunk?
And I know It's illegal to drink in public, but what about being drunk in public?

No it's not legal, but if you just had a few alcoholic drinks and aren't a nuisance.. the police probably won't bother you.
Brits and Poles have a reputation of getting so drunk that they can't walk straight anymore, and become a menace to traffic. If you do that you may wake up in a police-cell or a hospital, or worse.
added: The city of Amsterdam does not have a special status. All national Dutch laws apply there, plus municipal ones like any municipality has them

urinating in public: €140
making too much noise (loud music or shouting): €140
