Indian food is good. Try Portuguese food -- lots of cow stomach, rabbit brain, chicken feet, cod jerky, and whole octopus, but before the entrees, can I start you off with some pig blood soup? What is pig blood soup you ask? Well, you cut the head off a pig, let it drain into a bucket, then let it coagulate into a giant scab. You then cut off a chunk of that giant scab, boil it in water, and then puree it. No need for spices. Pureed and boiled pig scab is all the flavor it needs. Sopa de sangue, yum, yum. Bom apetite!
