I've been making pancakes since I was a kid and could stand on a chair to reach the skillet. Family tradition pancakes every sunday, in addition to dinner pancakes sometimes (pancakes were originally savory, historically). Really dont measure or use recipe, AP flour, baking powder, salt, veg oil or coconut oil,or melted butter, tiny bit of sugar or honey, eggs, milk or almond milk or buttermilk- depends who is eating. Sometimes add slices of bananas, choco chips, cranberries, raisins, apple, nuts, berries. Depends what I have in house or who is for or if breakie special @ work. Serve on side from plain to fancy any array of maple syrup, nutella, fruit salad, preserves, whipped cream, butter, yogurt.
