Can you have an endorphins crash after exercising? like you feel good after you exercise but then feel worse a little while later?

Never heard of that, but you will definitely feel like horse **** if you're not used to burning fat and your body has used up immediate blood glucose. If you aren't used to low carb you will feel like death until you do get used to it. Follow your workouts up with a protein shake that includes carbs and you should feel lees poopy.

I'm not sure. But sometimes i feel anxious and overheated and nauseated. I heard that's building muscle and losing fat at tje same time.
