Well, it's inaccurate, which is a problem. Did you look a a photo of it? There's no horizontal layer some distance above the main arch.
The tower is also in a built-up area, with formal gardens and paths around it - not a large body of water.
If those are meant to be flowers next to it, they'd be 20 to 30 feet tall.
And even going back to when it was built, there was nowhere near it with grass or bushes which would be thigh-high on any woman.
I appreciate that it's more the atmosphere you were trying to portray, but all anyone would think when looking at it, would be to wonder why it's so unrealistic.
Your sky is very good, though, and I love the whole idea. Maybe start again and this time, think about the tower's location, size and look regularly at a photo of it!
