Should i join my studios company?

so i take 4 ballet classes a week currently. i love it so much! but i’m not very good at it unfortunately. even though i’ve been dancing for about 11 years, i’m not as good as the girls who are 2 years younger than me. i’m naturally not flexible at all (trust me, i stretched all the time for years and only just a... show more so i take 4 ballet classes a week currently. i love it so much! but i’m not very good at it unfortunately. even though i’ve been dancing for about 11 years, i’m not as good as the girls who are 2 years younger than me. i’m naturally not flexible at all (trust me, i stretched all the time for years and only just a few months ago got my splits) and i naturally have bad turnout (my legs from my hip are twenty five degrees more turned in than the average persons). but i still love ballet with all my heart. i am thinking of joining the company at my ballet studio because there are more performance opportunities and i will for sure improve.but i’m scared for two reasons: first of all it’s 10 classes a week. that’s more than i do now and i just don’t want my grades in school to go down. second of all, i’m already very tall for my age (5’9” and 15) but since i’m not very good i might be put in dances with the younger kids where i will look like a fool because since i’m tall and my face looks more mature people usually think i am a junior or senior. plus my height will make me stand out so much. so what do you think i should do? thanks.
