If you locked me in your basement, when could I use your computer?

I want to build virtual servers and networks to play with. No, I won't ask redundant questions like this one, but I do want to engage with my IT stuff

I don't HAVE a basement any more Even if you were in the basement of my Oklahoma panhandle house, there is. water or electricity or natural gas. The network card on my PC is fried. There is no internet connection.

Built-in computer components have nothing to do with network and server virtualization. Well, unfortunately for me, there's no internet, so I cannot install VirtualBox. I rather not be jailed anymore..

You couldn't. That's why you're locked in there. Think OA.
