he is dying in prison of right now and he said to make sure I get what coming to me. I'm not sure if I want it but he said it would help me in saving the family home a long time so I guess maybe money I don't know.

There is a will. I am scared about it because he has done some really bad things. I cannot say of yet.

You will not get it at all unless they they have made a will and named you in it.

    You may never get it.

Whoever is watching their belongings might have thrown it out already.

No one is required to babysit someone's property when they go to jail.

You have to wait until they die (Unless they specifically say you can go and get it)
