Yes. I've been to 7 colleges of 5 universities.
Tulane University, Sophie H. Newcomb Memorial College twice, B.A. in American history, B. S. earth sciences/geology
University of Arizona, astronomy major
University of Oklahoma, graduate college and School of Geology & Geophysics, attempted M.S. in geophysics
Dropped out for 7 years
University of Oklahoma, School Atmosphere and Geosciences, B.S. physical geography
University of Oklahoma, graduate college, M.S geology
Colorado State University (online), attempted MBA in healthcare management
DeVry University, Keller Graduate School of Business, attempted MIS.
I want to go back to OU, School if library and Information Science for an MLIS, but another possible 3 or more years of time when I might end up in assisted living before I graduate? No longer high priority.
Yes, I DID want to get a Ph.D. in planetary geology, but that would mean moving to another state.
You are NEVER too old to go to school or learn new things.

I went to 3 different colleges, but I only graduated from 1 college.

sure. Just get accepted, and pay the tuition and fees. Many people go back to enter a new career.

Yes. Not every school will allow it, but that was not your question.

I mean if you graduate then want to go back, if you pay the tuition again then sure. Cause people do change their minds and go back to try something else.

Yeah. I had a professor who held a Ph. D in both Mathematics and Software Engineering.
