Less excercise and processed food. Growing up in the 50's and 60's we played outside all the time, walked places, took the bus etc. My mom cooked for us, real food, not the junk in a box or fast food, because there were not fast food places around. All of the processed foods and fast foods are loaded with sugar, high fructose corn syrup, chemical additives, preservatives etc, not to mention genetically modified. I worked my entire adult life and we would get out and walk on our breaks and part of our lunch periods. Now people just sit around looking at their phones.
