Nobody with a clue would suggest you form an LLC. You have no idea what an LLC is or how to operate it. It's like jumping into a Cessna on a runway, starting it up, and saying, "OK, what do I do now?"
Anyone who knows what they're talking about will tell you that protection from liability in a single-member LLC is a myth. It doesn't exist. You're in business, doing business out of your house, doing the work, delivering the products, making the agreements. If there's a liability issue they're going straight for you and your personal assets. Go ahead and say, "You can't sue me, I'm an LLC," and see how loudly they laugh at you while they take your house.
The only thing that will protect you from liability is a strong business insurance policy, which will be expensive. Ask someone who knows what they're talking about, not the internet. Anyone who knows what they're talking about will tell you the same thing.
