No. Michael Jackson had his day in court during the Arvizo allegations in 2005 that ripped both the Chandler/Francia and Arvizo cases to shreds.
I see folks are still ignorant on the cases so let me just clarify some issues real quick - in 1993, the Chandlers pushed for a *CIVIL* trial (settlements only), and not for a *criminal trial* (incarceration of accused if found guilty).with all their strength. The Chandlers even fired lawyers who wanted to pursue a possible criminal trial. Ask yourselves why? (and before you say it, no. the might of the media & police force was baiting for MJ's blood and were behind the alleged accusers) Michael Jackson's motion request for a criminal trial to proceed before the Civil trial was denied at least 3 times, so the judge allowed a civil trial to proceed.
In order to protect his defense, Mike had to settle. It was beyond his control.
NOTE: The civil settlement was NOT an admission of guilt, it's clearly stated in the document.
There was never hush money. All his financial records were sifted through and no such records exist cause it never happened.
As for Wade Robson and James Safechuck, there so many discrepancies with their stories (e.g, James saying in "Leaving Neverland" that he was molested in a building that hadn't yet existed, and Wade lying about not knowing about MJ's Estate existing when he filed a civil lawsuit in 2013 demanding $$, yet he previously applied to be a lead choreographer for MJ One in 2012 but didn't get the job) that it would take a long time to explain.
People should do their research. That's when you'll notice all the stuff the mainstream media ain't reporting.
