Canon Printer Issue?
I have a Canon TR8500. When I try to print something from my computer it shows it is ready, but then states "your printer is performing another operation." That message goes away. But nothing happens. The page I'm trying to print shows in the queue and reads "printing" but nothing happens. The printer has new ink, has been updated, and is connected properly to the internet. Also, it prints correctly from other computers. Please help!

delete the printer in the offending computer and reinstall

If the canon “my printer app” is installed you can use that to troubleshoot, otherwise open the print queue and delete anything present, then try again
If that doesn’t help, uninstall the software, reboot and then reinstall the software.
