Yes, we really do, like how many of our players would even make the bench for the other top 5 teams in the league ?
The performance wasn't bad, I don't think, like we'd have to have been insanely bad, to do worse than we did against Everton.
No real clear-cut chances for us, even during the first half and I knew it'd be our best spell and that the game would suit City, as it went on.
It'll be hard to bring in all the players we need, as I think we'll require adequate depth too, but I'd make the defence the number 1 priority, like I wouldn't just bring in players who'll start, but ones who'll rotate too, so we have depth there - I'd love for us to bring in a striker, but if we sort our defence out and hopefully midfield too, then I think we could manage with Lukaku up front for next season, especially if we bring another attacking player in.
De Gea's mistake from the second goal aside, am I the only one that noticed his passing choices were off too, like we don't really play out from the back, yet during the game, I noticed De Gea playing it short to teammates who were quite obviously going to be closed down buy opposition players - none of them lead to goals, but you'd think someone of his quality would do better than that.
