Oh yeah...OH MY GOD, yes. My PMS is not consistent from month to month, though. It used to be in my teens and 20's; mood swings, constant hunger, crying at everything, etc. but now, it's either all physical (exhausted, headaches, early cramps) or all emotional (raging at nothing, crying, sad, happy, etc.). I think it's because I'm getting into my mid-30's and my hormones are changing, yet again.
If any of what you're going through is very severe, you could have PMDD- Premenstrual dysphoric disorder. It's like PMS on steroids. If it's tolerable, you could just have standard PMS, as there are over 200 symptoms associated with it. It wouldn't hurt to get checked out.
