The United States of America was founded on tax evasion. The founding fathers were rich aristocrats who came up with an excellent tax dodge that involved a lot of other people dying for them. It's the American way.

In some countries, if you complain you disappear. In other countries, including the USA, they can bribe politicians to lower the tax rate or they can evade taxes (just like Trump and Mitt Romney have done). Many rich people (including many in the USA) also do not mind paying taxes.
