Moses Law prohibits Jews and Jewish Christians from gay-sex, wearing mixed linen, having tattoos, pre-marital sex and adultery.(ACTS.21:20-25)
....... ACTS.15:19-29 and ROMANS.14:1-4 exempt new Gentile Christians from the burdensome/non-essential parts of Moses Law, eg they could remain uncircumcised, eating non-kosher/unclean foods, resting for the Sabbath on any day of the week, etc. They should keep the non-burdensome/essential parts of Moses Law, eg the Ten Commandments at EXODUS.20:1-17 and other moral laws.
1CORINTHIANS.5:1-13 stated that the Church should not judge non-Christians, ie should only judge Christians, eg ostracize or excommunicate or expel sexually immoral "Christians" like unrepentant homosexuals, adulterers, incestors, fornicators, prostitutes, etc.
IN ESSENTIALS UNITY, IN NON-ESSENTIALS LIBERTY, IN ALL THINGS JESUS CHRIST.
