That is moderately high mileage for a 2010. Normal mileage would be around 120,000 to 130,000. If your 'friend' took good care of it, and has receipts to show that he kept up with the factory recommended service schedule, or at least close, you might consider it. If not, I would be wary of any used car driven by someone under age 25 that didn't get regular maintenance.

If it hasn't had the timing belt replaced in the last 40,000 miles, it is badly overdue for one and it should be changed ASAP. The cost for that is around $700.
At a bare minimum, take it somewhere that knows those cars for a thorough test drive followed by an all-points inspection, including engine compression, to get an idea of the condition and what work it might need. that alone will probably cost $100 - $150 but would be well worth it.
