I haven’t file taxes in 3 years due to being attacked by identity theft. I file this year by mail, will my wait for my refund be longer?

Yes it will. It takes 6 - 8 weeks to process a paper return.

If your problems included tax-related identity theft and your account is marked as such, your tax return will receive greater scrutiny to ensure it's your return and your refund. So yes, you may have to wait longer.
