Am I overweight? And any tips to help lose weight?
I'm 5'2 and I weigh 115 I'm also a teenager and being overweight is one of my biggest fears I'm trying out for All-Star cheer this month and I want to be more fit I guess I don't eat sugar a lot I only eat something sugary once in awhile maybe once every 2 months and I exercise a lot but I want to lose some upper fat in my arms and I want smaller thighs and the exercises I do don't really help with that.

5' 2" you appear to be fine.
Normal: 104 to 135 lbs.
Fat: 136 to 163 lbs.
Obese: 164 to 213 lbs.
Children should not make weight decisions, Seek a Medical Doctor before entering into strenuous activities. A Licensed Dietician too.
