I see nothing wrong here. Any broken bones have to be set in a short time. once knitting takes place, there is nothing that can be done short of expensive orthopedic surgery. The deworming was likely a good call, needed or not.
If the broken legs don't seem to bother him or have impact on mobility, I wouldn't worry about that.
