That is about the number of voters who die every year and less than the number of people who become newly eligible to vote. It is such an insignificant number it is almost laughable because out of that group, one out of ten are functionally illiterate, one out of three cannot name their congressional representative, one out of three cannot name a single constitutional right and more than half are so ignorant about politics that they need educated, intelligent, and politically savvy people to cast votes for them.
