    The best stress management is personal. Deal with the things that are stressing you.

    A really simple but effective thing - the habit of responding to moments of stress by slowing your breath.

    Try to find three good things in every day.





    Eat a balanced, nutritious diet.

    Vent a little. Either find someone to talk to, or let your worries out on paper.

    Get enough rest.

    Meditation, doing an activity that you enjoy that involves very little thinking, exercise, playing with your dog, reading a book you enjoy.
