The J and Z trains run through Richmond Hill over Jamaica Ave with stops at 104th St, 111th St and 121St St.. The A to Lefferts Blvd. runs parallel to the J but over Liberty Ave. If you are traveling from midtown, take the E to Archer Ave, Jamaica, and change for the J southbound to Richmond Hill. The ride from Manhattan on the J and Z is very slow going. The only plus is that they go over the Williamsburg Bridge and travel above ground through Brooklyn and Queens. The A and E are mostly underground.
