Love this group. Not actually a band.

    Go Where You Wanna Go

    Stoned Soul Picnic

Never My Love (The Association had a good version too)

Aquarius/Let The Sunshine In (personal favorite)

    Wedding Bell Blues

    One Less Bell To Answer

Puppet Man (Tom Jones killed his version!)

    Love's Lines, Angles and Rhymes

(Last Night) I Didn't Get To Sleep At All

If I Could Reach You (another personal favorite)

Also like this, featuring two of the five:

Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis Jr. - You Don't Have To Be A Star

  • Age Of Aquarius

    Up, Up & Away

    Wedding Bell Blues

    One Less Bell To Answer

They were a vocal group, not a band. Sessions players backed them up in the recording studio and played behind them live, while they sang.

Their music was part of the soundtrack of my early teen years, starting with the one that made them a big name, 'Up, Up and Away'. There was 'Aquarius/Let the Sun Shine In', 'Sweet Blindness', 'Stoned Soul Picnic', and the Marilyn McCoo-dominated string of hits, 'Wedding Bell Blues', 'One Less Bell to Answer' and 'Last Night I Didn't Get to Sleep at All'. One of my favorites is the lesser-known 'Light Sings'. Great harmonies.

They weren't a "band." They were a singing group.

Now, there's an end on it. Quit being such a wilfully stupid jacka$$.

Yes, and their music lives on today. Songs like “The Age of Aquarius”, and “Stoned Soul Picnic” are nostalgic and reminds me of a better age, despite all of the strife occurring at that time.

They were songs the group sang. They didn't write any songs or play any instruments.
