I got similar wording on my chest x-ray when I was being seen by a pulmonologist for my asthma. The doctor read it and laughed. "really? He couldn't have just put it was normal?" I asked him why the radiologist didn't. He said that he phrased it that way so that he couldn't get into any trouble if another doctor read it differently. Doctors are afraid of malpractice lawsuits.
