Would tylenol help with the pain of getting a tattoo even a little bit?

    Some people say Tylenol helps with the pain if you take it about an hour beforehand. But make sure you're taking Tylenol and not another painkiller, because many other painkillers thin your blood. Blood thinners cause a bunch of problems, including making you bleed more and preventing clotting.

      tylenol will thin out your blood and make the tattoo take longer

    If the tattoo was sore afterwards it would help a little with that. Not a lot.

      tylenol doesn't thin blood, aspirin or ibuprofen does that.
      AND not everyone enjoys being stabbed repeatedly by tiny needles. I know folks who can handle tattoos like that too, gives them a "high". Others, not so much.
