How can the rear wheel be removed from this walk-behind lawn mower?

No one I've asked knows how to get the wheel off with that gear and ratchet gizmo on the hub.

About every type of lawn mower with drive wheels have regular right hand threads. so lefty loosey to remove that bolt that is holding the center of your wheel assembly together. It may have loctite on it so you may have to give it a little more juice than normal to get it to break loose. Pay attention on how it is assemble so that you can put it back together in the same manner.

I see that it is a grade 5 bolt, but could it be a reverse thread bolt?
I see a danger of breaking the head off.

The BOLT that holds it on doesn't require any special tools.

Update: DO NOT comment to answers with information that should be an update to the question.

If you can't get the bolt loose try WD-40 or a similar product.

I tried turning it and couldn't budge it. I had a neighborhood guy try and he couldn't either.
