Im Tired no matter how much i sleep?
i messed up my sleeping schedule in feb & this happens every day on and off ever since. Some days not at all or not as much?
Triggers: looking at my mac/driving but it happens randomly too.
Like, am i tired or are my eyes? they get red very easily. i never wake up in my sleep. i walk 10k steps or more a day, workout 4 times a week, play basketball.
it s just a nuisance and i can t fix it?
