If you are worried about something over 3 years old, don't be. Many states waive a lot when you move. A state like VA loves new citizens and added tax $ to their coffers; their economy is poor. An overloaded state like CA can afford to hold a grudge.
When I moved from CA to AZ, my medical revocation "followed" me. Still, my CA tickets did not show. AZ had waived all but the medical rev. I got that taken care of, too.
