How do you prevent painful cramps in abs from running?
I run 7-10 miles and I keep getting painful cramps in my abs but not while I'm running. I get them later while I'm driving, taking a bath or just sitting around. It gets so bad when I'm driving I have to pull over cause I nearly got in several accidents. I also get it while I'm taking a bath and nearly drowned.
How can I prevent these painful cramps? I don't do any sit ups.
