Do Democrats have winning argument regarding Obstruction of Justice by President Trump when the entire investigation regarding the?

collusion part was Bogus and should never have even been pursued?

How can you Obstruct Justice when the investigation is a injustice of Political Origin designed to obstruct the President's ability to do his job and the individual being investigated KNOWS he is innocent?

Update:

The investigation of Trump's involvement in Collusion was an illegitimate investigation. If another method of investigating had been used to detail what Russia, China and other Foreign agents were involved in as regards interference in our Elections, that would have been a valid investigation.

Exactly. It's long past time to take these obstructionist Democrats head on. President Trump needs his special counsel to investigate. March Federal marshals into Congress and arrest Pelosi, Schumer, and Schiff.

Mueller even stated at the beginning of the investigation that Trump was not a target of the investigation.

The Mueller Report concludes there was collusion but just not enough provable evidence to direct it at the Trump campaign.

And Mueller basically laid out the case for obstruction and told Congress to go after it, which they have begun to do just that.

      LOL
Liberal Democrats have a lack of character and yet you Trump minions are perfectly OK with the POTUS breaking the law?
Think you need to look in the mirror if you want to see a lack of character.

Dream on. The democrats have NO argument. "“The report recounts 10 episodes involving the president and discusses potential legal theories for connecting those activities to the elements of an obstruction offense,” Barr told reporters Thursday. “After carefully reviewing the facts and legal theories outlined in the report and in consultation with legal counsel and other lawyers, the deputy attorney general and I concluded that the evidence developed by the special counsel is not sufficient to establish that the president committed an obstruction of justice offense.”

There is far more evidence against Trump than there was evidence against Bill Clinton when the republicans impeached him. Hmm, double standard?

They want it so bad that they don't care if Trump was obstructing their coup and not any kind of justice.

What we really need is a memory-wipe device (think Men In Black) available for everyone in the United States so that we can forget these truths: trump surrounded himself with foreign agents who had hundreds of contacts with Russians (which they lied about), lied about the meeting his son took with Russian agents for dirt on Hillary Clinton and also lied about the business deals he was trying to swing with Putin while he knew full-well that Putin was attacking our election on his behalf.

We have seen ZERO evidence to back up your distortion of facts.

First, of course there should have been an investigation. The fact that Russia interfered with our 2016 election was already established. There was reasonable suspicion to believe US citizens may have been involved in the interference. Investigations are conducted to determine if a crime was committed.

Obstruction of justice does not require an underlying crime. Interfering with an investigation is obstruction of justice. Attempting to influence the testimony of witnesses is obstruction of justice.

Mueller documented 10 instances where Trump attempted to interfere with the investigation and influence witnesses.

Mueller also noted in his report that the DOJ opinion was that they could not indict the president. The only actions that could be taken would have to be taken by congress.

Absolutely Correct and the Demon-rats will not stop obstructing. Interference is all they have . All of their other ideas are even More destructive so they will spend 2 more years doing nothing but obstructing.

Trump wasn’t even really target in the probe until he fired Comey. Trump did this to himself. If there is one thing to be learned from the report, it’s that Trump has caused all of these problems for himself by being a dumass.

False. Any person that interferes with any investigation, even if they are not the target of the investigation can be charged with obstruction. By the way, there are five people currently in prison because their crimes that were discovered by the investigation were proven.
