Goodness, are you STILL droning on about 2000 being the beginning of the 21st century?

Anyone who gives this 10 seconds' thought will understand that the 21st century didn't start till Jan 1, 2001.

Well, despite the fact that 2000 is not when the 21st Century started, it's an excessively verbose way of saying the meeting was to address obesity issues as we get close to 2000.
