I have used a butter knife when desperate for a screw driver. Once I even used the edge of a dime to unscrew a screw. A thin metal spatula used for putty can also work.

A very stiff knife with a point. Don't hold the blade or you may "self harm".

The tip of your nail should be able to do it unless they’re very short. I’ve used a pencil to twist tiny screws off (this one works if the screw has a small indent in the center)

Smash it with a brick til the screw is free
