Well, I don't eat any.
However, I will say that some people *have* to. Some people choose to. Maintaining a meatless diet can be difficult for some, whether for actual health complications or simply by way of having a hard time not eating what you like and are used to.
Regardless of it's effects anyways, in very light moderation, like included in a few meals a week or in a small amount in a dish every day even, it isn't wildly likely to cause problems of any kind for the human.
It isn't really our place to say things like this, especially if you want to encourage (welcome) change. Have always said and always stood by, that I will NOT ever push my feelings on them ever, and if they ask, I will answer as chill as possible. That's how we handle things freely on this, really. Act small, talk tall; be nice, wait your turn, be educated, share knowledge. None of this fear mongering sh*t.
