You don't deal with them at all. But if it's inevitable, put on a smile. It only makes them angrier.

Oh, they HAVE their reason. It may not make sense to you, but it does to them.

How do you deal with them?

    You don't.

    You deal with yourself.

We cannot change others. We can only change ourselves, and we do that by slowing creating NEW pathways/habits in our brain. Through what we are now telling ourselves about a situation.

Eventually this new pathway becomes the stronger one.

What used to bother you will either stop bothering you, or you will have a tool for defusing your discomfort about it.

But note . .the less self-acceptance you have the more you rely on how others feel about you to substitute their acceptance of you for your own self-acceptance.

None of us LIKE being hated, but it we HATE being hated, this means that we don't like ourselves very much and are trying to get approval from others instead.

Therapy can be very useful in this instance.

Or Buddhism .. assuming you take lessons in person from a monk.

Or reading books by Eckhart Tolle.

Or even just becoming more self-aware by doing Mindfulness meditation, and learning how to work with whatever you become aware of inside of you.

    Ignore them. It's their loss.

Pray about it one last time, have a good chat with father and then give it up to him. These type of people are a blessing and a curse, a curse because they are wicked but a blessing because they show you that they are and then you can avoid them. The truly evil with befriend you and then stab you in the back.

You stay true to yourself, you be who you are, and whether or not they like you is their problem.

You will meet people like that sometimes, we all do. People can have all sorts of irrational reasons for deciding that they hate you. Maybe you like someone that they dislike, maybe you remind them of someone, maybe its racial or cultural prejudice, maybe they don't like anyone who uses the word "penguin".

Whatever it is, you don't want to be trying to make friends with this person, or doing anything differently because of them. You shouldn't have to. However, I recommend being polite and reasonable to the extent that you can. If you behave with more class than this other person, then the people around you will notice that. Don't take any abuse or cr@p from anyone, but at the same time don't let a douchebag drag you into being a douchebag. Be the king (or queen) and let others be the fool if they want to.
