Why have the Boston Red Sox been sucking playing lately? Is the morale missing? I feel like they've been playing like little leaguers.?

They have a myriad of things going on.

Chris Sale looks like he's lost his fastball.

The starting pitching in general has sucked.

At the same time there hitting has been very sub-par as well.

    They also have some injuries.

Let's not forget some key players from last year are gone.

Last, World Series hangover. The same thing happened to them in 2014.

It's still April. The Rays are in first place, that should tell you all you need to know.

    • The Lightning did terrific in the playoffs this year!

That's baseball. Their starters are in a funk as they have a Starting Pitcher ERA of 6.00+ and it's hard to play behind nearly every game. It's too early to be worried

Look at the standings. Tampa Bay and Houston are the only teams more than 5 games over .500. Parity has arrived in MLB.

If the Roid Sox went 6-13 in June or July it would hardly be worth mentioning. They're in a hole right now but there's still plenty of time to climb out of it.

It could be worse...they could be the Yankees.
