Your cat is very sick. She has gotten infected where she was bitten or wounded. The fact that she is not doing things she normally does, shows she is sick. The fact that she is not eating, shows it is very bad.
You NEED TO TAKE THE CAT TO THE VET NOW. If you don't take the cat to the vet right away, she may die from the infection in her system. If you take her to the vet, they will likely prescribe antibiotics and in a couple days you should see some improvement. This treatment is not terribly expensive, but can save your cat's life. Sometimes you can even get the antibiotics for free through a prescription at your local pharmacy if you request this from your vet. The vet will likely do a test to see if there is a higher than normal white blood cell count, but that test is not especially expensive. If you are strapped for funds, you can ask they write a prescription for antibiotics despite no blood test because it would be assumed the cat has an infection.
Also, NEVER let the cat wander around at night. Call her in prior to dark, feed her, and do not let her out again until daytime. If your cat is getting hurt during the daylight hours, then keep her inside. Many cats like to wander around and hunt, but if she is getting hurt, you need to limit her activities so she will be safe.
The night time hours are the worst for cats because nocturnal predators are out hunting, and will attack a cat or any other animal around them. A coyote will definitely attack a cat, and easily kill the cat.
NOTE: Any time a cat is less active, or not doing the things it normally does, it is sick. If the cat is not eating and stays in one area, the cat is SICK. Cats don't just avoid contact with humans for any reason but they feel terrible. This means they need vet assistance to recover properly.
